Wholesale Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all resellers for the supply of any goods by Bubba Organics. As an authorised Bubba Organics premium reseller, you accept these terms and conditions when you place an order, accept a delivery, and/or make payment or partial payment to Bubba Organics for any goods supplied by us.

When provided with your username and password to access the Bubba Organics wholesale login, it is a requirement that you keep this information strictly confidential and not disclose to another person or permit another person from accessing our wholesale information. When an application is approved, a welcome email and access to our wholesale price list will be provided.

Becoming a Wholesale Stockist

To become a Bubba Organics retailer, we accept the following applications for review, ‘Bricks and mortar store’ or ‘Bricks and mortar with an online store’ or premium established online-only store.

The review process takes into account proximity to other approved stockists and is determined on a case-by-case basis. Wholesale accounts are provided for the sale of Bubba Organics products via the retail store approved on the initial application. Bubba Organics is not to be sold via any other retail outlet, platform, both locally and internationally without prior approval. This includes but is not limited to eBay, Etsy, cross border platforms, markets and social media channels. Selling Bubba Organics products via non-approved outlets is against our wholesale policy and will result in immediate closure of the wholesale account without notice.

Minimum Orders

Minimum order requirements are in place for initial orders and overall annual spend. Freight and GST are exempt from the minimum order totals. The initial minimum order requirement will be provided when an application is approved. Top up orders have a minimum spend of $250 ex GST per order, with an overall annual minimum spend of $500 ex GST being required to keep the account active. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel an account without notice if Bubba Organics is not being represented with a maintained range of stock in store and/or if the minimum annual order requirement is not met within a 12-month period. We keep our minimum order requirements low to support our small boutique retailers with the ability to manage orders and stock levels comfortably.

Bubba Organics does not take responsibility for delays in shipping during busy retail periods such as Christmas, so please ensure sufficient delivery time has been allowed for.

Product Testers

Bubba Organics do not supply samples, however full-size product testers are available to purchase with conditions applying.

Testers are available for bricks and mortar stores only. A minimum requirement of 3 or more of the corresponding products must be included in the order. Limit conditions – 1 x tester, per product, per order.

Please note: testers are not available for online-only stores.

Brand Positioning

Bubba Organics is an established, premium baby-care brand and is strategically marketed and positioned in this way. We carefully curate stockists and resellers to ensure they fit the brands ethos and premium positioning within the brand category. To protect Bubba Organics market positioning, and integrity we do not stock our premium products in any form of ‘discount store’. If we believe the brand is not being represented appropriately with the appropriate customer service, and/or we are unable to contact you after repeated attempts, Bubba Organics reserve the right to remove the store as a stockist, this is to avoid damage to the brands reputation and integrity as a premium brand with high level customer service.


Deliveries will be charged on weight and the delivery postcode throughout Australia and/or international destination. Bubba Organics will not be held liable for any loss resulting from non-delivery, late delivery, lost, stolen or damaged items once the goods have left our warehouse.

All goods must be checked on arrival. Any evidence and subsequent claims of mishandling must be made directly to the driver and noted on the delivery manifest or driver’s handheld device with your accompanying signature. Bubba Organics is to be notified in writing within 48hrs of receipt, otherwise claims will not be recognised. A photo is required of the goods within their original shipping carton as packed by Bubba Organics before a claim can be raised. Bubba Organics takes no responsibility for damages or breakages of products once the order has arrived safely at the account holders requested delivery address.

Bubba Organics does not ship wholesale orders to PO Boxes.


All prices advertised are in Australian dollars.

International orders are ex-works. Any additional charges such as customs, duties and taxes applicable to the country of destination is the responsibility of the purchaser. It is up to the purchaser to determine these additional fees from within the relevant country of destination. Please check your country’s local import laws to ascertain if the product you are purchasing is forbidden or banned as Bubba Organics takes no responsibility for rejected stock at port of entry.

When placing an international order, the order is to be paid for in full prior to being picked, packed and weighed for the purpose of quoting for shipping requirements and fees. If the shipping fees are not accepted and/or if the order is cancelled following this procedure, the cost of handling will be deducted from the credit back to the purchaser. Our fulfilment warehouse charges for the pick and pack of each order and have additional charges for the unpacking of the order and returning the goods back into stock. A standard handling fee of $100- AUD will be charged if the order is cancelled.


Please contact Bubba Organics with information regarding your request for a return. Bubba Organics is under no obligation to accept goods for return i.e. for replacement or credit claim, and may refuse to at our discretion, and without reason. If a return is accepted the stock must have a minimum expiry of 18 months of the return date. The responsibility of the freight charge is that of the sender. Bubba Organics restocking fee is 50% of the original invoice.


All pricing on the wholesale website is in Australian dollars and exclusive of GST.


Bubba Organics requires pro-forma payment unless otherwise prearranged. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, Afterpay and EFT. If paying via EFT please use your order number or store name as a reference and email your remittance to admin@bubbaorganics.com.au The order will be processed for shipping once full payment has been received into our account. Credit card payments can be made at checkout or by contacting (03) 9666 3388 to arrange a manual payment over the phone.

*Please note that orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received within 10 working days.

Right of Refusal

Bubba Organics is unable to supply everyone and therefore may need to exercise the right to refuse trade or credit.

Stockists that do not meet the terms and conditions outlined above will no longer be permitted to sell the Bubba Organics range of products.

Right to Vary Terms of Trade

Bubba Organics has the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time without notice
